Amazing Shimmer Results with New Tim Holtz Distress Spritz and Paste!

Anytime I have an excuse to add shimmer and shine to a project, I will happily take it! When I got the new Distress collection from Tim Holtz that included a Picket Fence Distress Spritz and a Pearlescent Texture Paste, I was so excited to use them on this snowy card.

The background was made by ink smooshing Distress Oxides, which created the perfect variegated backdrop for the snowflakes!

I used the Swirly Snowflakes stamps from Tim Holtz and the coordinating dies from Simon Says Stamp. The snowflakes are embossed on shimmer vellum which complements the sparkle in the background beautifully!

I added sentiments using Tim Holtz’s Tiny Text stamps and Simon Says Stamp’s coordinating dies. There are pretty Bubblegum and Prism dazzling gems for embellishment, which sparkle along with all the other lovely details!
