String Tie Treat Box with Newton’s Nook Designs

Well hello everyone! Welcome to the Sweet Treats blog hop, hosted by Newton’s Nook Designs! Today I am sharing a fun treat box idea using the We R Memory Keepers 1-2-3 Punch Board.

This punch board is one of my favorites from We R Memory Keepers because of its versatility. You can make envelopes, boxes and bows out of this single board, which is super convenient for saving space in your craft room and money in your wallet!

I used the box to make a string tie box; this is a pretty simple design to replicate and when you purchase the board you will receive a cute instruction booklet that has ideas and directions for creating a variety of projects. The string tie box is one of them!

I cut and punched my paper to the specifications given in the booklet and then before putting it all together I decorated it using stamps from a few Newton’s Nook sets. This was super fun to do and is perfect for customizing the packaging to fit the style you want!

I also created a coordinating tag to go with my little box using some of my favorite dies, including the love script die from the Newton’s Nook Darling Hearts set!
