Neat & Tangled Reveal Day #2

Hello everyone! Welcome back to day two of the Neat & Tangled May release! Today we are revealing more new stamps and dies, and I will be showcasing the fabulous Awesome stamp and die sets!

I love rainbow colors and I thought it would be a perfect fit for my project to use a rainbow of colors to stamp the word “awesome” all over the background of my card.

I used a bunch of dye ink colors to create my background; Ruby Red (Altenew), Coral Berry (Altenew), Orange Soda (Hero Arts), Duckling (Simon Says Stamp), Lime Green (Hero Arts), Audrey Blue (Simon Says Stamp), Summer Sky (Hero Arts) and Hot Mama (Simon Says Stamp). After stamping my entire background, I used the new Hexastar stencil and some Fog ink from Simon Says Stamp to sponge on a subtle background behind the words. I love how it overlays with the stamped sentiments, don’t you???

I die cut the word “awesome” twice using the coordinating Awesome die set; the outline from white cardstock and the script from black cardstock. I layered the two pieces together and attached them onto my card base with a banner that I stamped using one of the coordinating sentiments included in the Awesome stamp set.

To finish things off, I added a rainbow assortment of sequins, all from Neat & Tangled sequin mixes, and also tied a black twine bow across the top of the card.
