Newton’s Nook Reveal Day #1

Welcome to the start of a brand new release week for Newton’s Nook Designs everyone! I am so happy you are here today, as I have a fun card to share with you featuring the new Happy Little Thoughts stamp set from Newton’s Nook Designs May release!

I love the gorgeous wreath building images included in this set! I used the big flower wreath for my card and one of the beautiful sentiments included in the Happy Little Thoughts stamp set to create this cute card!

To create this card, I stamped the wreath and bow onto white cardstock and colored them using simple Copic coloring. I then die cut each image out using the coordinating dies and popped them up off of an ink blended circle panel using foam tape. The circle panel is layered onto a vellum scallop circle.

I added a sentiment from Happy Little Thoughts into the center of the wreath and created a square background using some peach card stock and some of the smallest images included in the Happy Little Thoughts stamp set (stamped with Rosie Cheeks dye ink).

As a finishing touch, I mounted everything onto a white card base and added a few Pretty Pink Posh Ballerina Pink (6mm), Lavender Moon (4mm) and Sparkling Clear (mix) sequins around the card front.
