Easy DIY Wrapping Paper + Tag Ideas for Christmas! Plus Simon’s All the Joy Blog Hop
Wrapping presents is one of my favorite parts about the holidays. I love getting out all my ribbons, paper, bows, and bags—thoughtfully wrapping each gift to fit the recipient. I thought it would be fun to stamp on kraft paper and make my own wrapping paper, plus coordinating tags! I’m using quite a few new products from Simon Says Stamp’s All the Joy release to make my pieces.
I stamped the gift wrap with Simon’s new Festive Bouquets stamp set. To make the tag, I used the Label Tags dies, Bountiful Berries dies, as well as the Holly and Pine embossing folder. I added a sprig of the Airy Pine Needles onto my gift.
This gift features wrapping paper made with the Ornament Masks and Snow Pattern stencils, plus some stamping from Simon’s Holiday Sparkle Greetings set. I made the tag with the new Layering Peppermint Stripes stencils, Snowflake Burst die, Sparkling Snowflake Frame and Trio dies, Fancy Happy Holiday dies, and Nested Tag dies. I cut these pieces from glitter paper and metallic cardstocks.
These wrapping paper are so pretty and really dress up my gifts. I love that I can hand stamp my gift wrap for that extra-special touch.
