More Mini Slimline Inspiration + Simon’s Hello Beautiful Release

Are you ready for Spring? I sure am! When I received the Hello Beautiful release from Simon Says Stamp, the Spring Birds stamp and die set immediately grabbed my attention. I love birds and seeing all their unique colorings – so pretty! I’ve also really enjoyed creating mini slimline cards of late, and this is yet another one!

The Copic colors I used for my birds are simple, but I have all the combos listed for you!

• Red and gray bird: R22, R24, R46, C4, C6
• Blue and gray bird: B04, B02, B0000, C3, C1
• Blue and yellow bird: Y11, Y0000, B04, B02, B0000, C4, C6
• Trees: E82, E84, E87, YG11, YG17, YG45

I embellished my card with a greeting from the Sketch Iris stamp set, as well as sequins and gems from Lucy’s Cards. And did you happen to notice the envelope I paired with my card? It’s new from Simon’s Hello Beautiful collection – the Soft Navy color. I loved how this contrasted with the colors in my card!
