Hello everyone! I am thrilled you have stopped by because today is the reveal of the Simon Says Stamp and Tim Holtz exclusive STAMPtember set! This exclusive is a stamp and stencil set, which happen to be made up of a special collection of images from Tim’s most recent Stamper’s Anonymous release. I love that!

Note: As with all STAMPtember exclusive collaborations, this is a limited edition set. Once the set sells out, it will not be restocked.

I had a lot of fun creating with this set; the assortment of images from many of Tim’s newest stamp sets are really well selected. In the stamp set, you’ll notice images from his Holiday Postmarks, Carved Christmas, Great Outdoors and Sparkles and Christmas sets, just to name a few. The stencil features designs from Tim’s Starry, Peppermint and Merry Christmas stencils.

The snowy scene features the deer and tree images, all stamped with Distress Oxide Inks. I also used the stamp set to gold heat emboss a sentiment and add a postage seal onto the striped vellum panel.

The striped vellum really grounds the scene panel nicely. I also love how the stripes are not “perfect”; they carry the signature “Tim” feel! I ink blended those onto vellum with a couple of red Distress Inks.

In addition to the stripes, I also used the stars from the stencil to add texture to the white panel that is layered behind all the others (there are many layers on this card!). The stars have a glittery appearance to them, which I created with Grit Paste and Rock Candy Distress Glitter.
