Simon Thankful Heart Card Kit + Faux Metallic Resist

Hi crafty friends! The newest card kit from Simon Says Stamp – called Thankful Heart- has been released and you are going to love it!

This kit is filled with lots of fun products and has a bit of a Fall-ish feel to it. With the gorgeous Thankful Heart sentiment stamp set, a cute flower embossing folder, beautiful pattern papers from Echo Park’s I Love Family collection, metallic envelopes, ink and more, this kit is going to be very popular!

I wanted to use that awesome embossing folder on my card, so I paired it up with the Delicata Celestial Copper ink and Schoolhouse Red cardstock, which are included in the kit. I used the ink to create a stunning, shimmery metallic effect on the embossed design; I think this brings out the beautiful emboss design really well and its very easy to create!
