Neat & Tangled Release Week: Day 5

Hi friends! I’m super excited to let you know that the newest products from Neat & Tangled are NOW available!!

This new release is FABULOUS, and I am really excited about all the adorable products included in this month’s release! Today I have used some of the new stamps to create a wintry, watercolor scene!

For the stamps, I used the Beary Merry set; this card is a perfect example of how you can take a holiday stamp set and make something that isn’t holiday themed. I love how the bear from Beary Merry can also be stamped multiple times, as I did for this card, to create this cute scene.

This card is completely one layer, which makes it really easy to mail! I masked off the edges of the card (made from Canson watercolor paper) and stamped the scene with the bears in Simon Says Stamp Intense Black ink.  I then did all my watercoloring with Zig Clean Color markers.

After I did the watercoloring, I added water splatters with my Distress Sprayer, stamped a few snowflakes in Hero Arts Unicorn White ink, and added a few dimensional snow “dots” using Ranger White Enamel Accents.

And of course, I love adding sparkle to my cards, so I added some Spectrum Noir clear glitter onto the scarves and areas of the sky to satisfy my glitter-addiction! :)
