4 Projects Make a Valentine Gift Set – All with Simon’s Valentine Kit!

I always love creating with kits – they are filled with items that coordinate, and take almost all the guess work out of deciding what products should pair together. I’m using the Simon Says Stamp Limited Edition Valentine Kit to make a card and gift set that I can give to someone this Valentine’s Day.
First, I made a slimline card that is decorated with the Cupid and Co. pattern papers. Using one of the clear envelopes that are included in the kit, I filled it with some of the Cupid & Co. frames and tags ephemera pieces to make some “hidden notes”. I plan on writing on the back of those ephemera pieces with notes to the recipient. After I filled the envelope, I tied it closed with twine and a tag from the pack.
To coordinate with the card, I decorated the Cotton Candy slimline envelope that is in the kit with the Hot Lips stencil and the gold metallic spray. The gold spray pairs perfectly with the gold accents on my card.
In addition to my card and envelope, I made a sweet pillow box! This was cut from Simon’s Pillow Box die and the Cupid and Co. pattern paper. I added some ephemera too, which includes a tag that I can write the recipient’s name on.
Finally, I used one of the white bags in the kit to make a gift bag. I plan on using it for a gift! This bag features some of the Cupid and Co. pattern paper, as well as nested hearts that are cut from the Red Holographic and Cotton Candy cardstocks that are in the kit. For a finishing touch I tied a little tag to the bag handle, which is from the ephemera pack.
