The Cosmos Bloom background is a gorgeous stamp, and I couldn’t wait to watercolor it with my Daniel Smith and Prima paints. I haven’t done any loose watercoloring in a while, so I decided to do just that on this card. I started by stamping the Cosmos Blooms with black ink, then colored all the florals in. After the watercolor dried, I splattered silver Finetec watercolor across the background.
On the edges of the background, I applied embossing ink and silver embossing powder; the silver creates a trendy edging that looks gorgeous, especially when paired with the silver embossed greeting that also has the same edging. For the sentiment, I used the Simon Says Stamp Greetings Mix 1 set.
I hope that this loose, watercolor card inspires you to create with these beautiful, new products from Simon Says Stamp! Thanks for visiting me today; I will be back again very soon with more to share!
