STAMPtember: WPlus9 + Adding Shimmer to Winter Scenes

Hi there friends! I am super excited to be back sharing a new video tutorial that features the newest STAMPtember exclusive from Simon Says Stamp!

This stamp set is called Holiday Trimmings and was designed by WPlus9 for Simon Says Stamp! This is a limited edition set, so be sure to grab one of these sets now before they sell out! You can find the stamp set at the Simon Says Stamp shop HERE.

There are some beautiful tree and ornament stamps included in this Holiday Trimmings set, and I wanted to use the trees to create a twilight winter scene.

I used Zig Clean Color markers and Distress Ink to do my watercoloring for this scene. This watercolor scene was a lot of fun to put together and the color combination really makes everything pop!

In today’s video, I’ll be walking you through not only how I created this card, but I’ll also be showing you some tips and tricks that I used to create the gorgeous shimmery accents on both the scene and the card itself. Some of the products I’ll be using to create the glittery effects are Nuvo glitter embossing powder and Crystal Drops, as well the the Spectrum Noir clear sparkle pen.

If you enjoy the video, please give it a big “thumbs up” and subscribe to my channel for more weekly inspiration!
