Neat & Tangled Reveal Day #4 – Scored Shapes

Hello! Today is day #4 of the Neat & Tangled reveal week, and this reveal is pretty awesome if you ask me…

Scored Shapes is a fabulous die set that creates some fun embellishments for your cards that have a score line down the middle, creating a unique and fun dimensional focal point – or accent-  for your cards!

I used the scored hearts on my card today, and paired it with the confetti sentiment from Happiest Birthday , because the hearts reminded me of confetti.

I die cut the hearts three times each from purple and teal vellum (using the By the Sea bokeh circles by Neat & Tangled), as well as some plain white vellum. I  then layered the die cut hearts together to form dimensional embellishment.

My background is created by inking some circles using masks that I created from some die cut cardstock. I used Cracked Pistachio and Seedless Preserves. My sentiment is heat embossed with silver embossing powder, and I adhered the heart embellishments onto the panel along with some sparkling clear sequins from Pretty Pink Posh.

My card base is vellum, to carry on the soft theme of the vellum hearts, and I applied some Wink of Stella glitter over top of all the inked circles in my background.
