Waving Hi

Hello! Today I am sharing a little scene I created and turned into a card, which also features this cute mermaid digi from the Greeting Farm.

I began by printing the mermaid onto my cardstock panel and then coloring in the image with my Copic markers. I also used my Copics to create the underwater scene in the background, to add some depth and realism to my card.

Once everything was colored in, I added some white details using a paint pen, some Wink of Stella glitter and a bit of Glossy Accents around portions of the scene. I then scored a frame around the edges and stamped my sentiment from the Neat & Tangled Sailmates stamp set using Memento ink.

My scene is layered onto some vellum, and the attached to my card base with foam tape. I also tied a pink ribbon and some green bakers twine around the card as well to finish it all off.
