3 Ways: Winter Cards with Simon’s January 2024 Card Kit!
Snowy season is upon us, and what could be more fun than making some frosty cards? I am using Simon Says Stamp’s brand new card kit for January 2024 called Don’t Flurry, Be Happy!
This first card uses a Simon Says Stamp die called Winter Mitten as an interactive element for this card; it reveals the other half of the sentiment! I paired it with products from the card kit, including the Cheery Snowflake embossing folder, Harmony Snowflake dies, the Splash Drop stickers, and sentiments from the Don’t Flurry, Be Happy stamp set.
This holographic shaker card features the Cheery Snowflake embossing folder, which I embossed with the Holographic cardstock from the kit. I filled the shaker with a bunch of pink sequins and the snowflake die on the card is made with Simon’s Snowflake Burst die. The greeting is from the card kit stamp set.
For my final card, I used some of the patterned paper from the kit and stamped one of the snowflake cluster images from the stamp set onto the corner. With the Tim Holtz embossing glaze in the kit, I was able to get those snowflakes embossed in a beautiful purple color. The die cut snowflakes are from the Harmony Snowflake die set and I filled in between the snowflakes with white Nuvo Drops.
