Happy Tuesday!

Isn’t it so nice to receive little notes of love from their dearest friends and family members? Well today I have a video tutorial for you today, featuring stamps from Paper Smooches and Simon Says Stamp to create this fun little Valentine’s Day card!

I love shimmer and sparkle, and this card certainly has a lot of it… *Wink, wink*!  I used a combination of glitter paper, Heidi Swapp color shine, and Wink of Stella glitter in various portions of this project, and all of these sparkling elements look oh so pretty together!

I did a lot of stamping and die cutting on the main panel for this card; the heart dies are from the Paper Smooches “Balloons” wise dies, and I thought it would be really cute to have the envelope, which is from the Simon Says Stamp “Sending Happy Thoughts” stamp set,  hang from the balloons…  like it’s being sent by air to its recipient! :)

The colors I chose for this card were inspired by the Paper Smooches “Picture Perfect” challenge, which featured a lot of pink, gold and white tones and I loved the color combination.

Paper: Ranger Inkssentials watercolor paper, Craft Smith “Charming Charlotte” paper pad, Neenah white cardstock, DCWV Glitzy Glitter Paper.  

Stamps: Paper Smooches “Scripty Sayings”, Simon Says Stamp “Sending Happy Thoughts”.

Dies: Paper Smooches “Balloons” wise dies.  

Inks and Sprays: Tsukineko Versamark, Tim Holtz Worn Lipstick and Festive Berries, Heidi Swapp Gold Lame color shine.  

Embossing Powders: Ranger gold embossing powder.  

Pens and Pencils: Staedtler Ergosoft color pencils, Gelly Roll white gel pen.  

Fibers: American Crafts Pastels baker’s twine, satin ribbon.  

Adhesive: Scotch 3M ATG tape glider, foam tape, liquid matte adhesive.
