GLOW in the DARK! Halloween Card + Other Ideas with Simon’s Limited Edition Kit!

I love adding special touches to make my cards stand out even more, and what could be more fun than a card that glows in the dark!? I’m using Tim Holtz Glow Grit Paste—which is included in Simon Says Stamp’s Limited Edition Halloween Kit—to make this creepy cool card!
