Are you ready for some rainbow inspiration? I’ve got a card AND some news that is literally rainbow ALL the things! Simon Says Stamp just unveiled their rainbow assortment of Pawsitively Everything Tools, and I am SO excited because I have loved the original PET (in teal). Having a wide range of colors that also happen to match the rainbow Blending Brushes that Simon released at the beginning of STAMPtember® just makes my heart happy!
I am also sharing a card project that I created earlier in the month that I thought would be fun to share in honor of the rainbow PETs! I did not have the rainbow PETs when I created this card so you will only see the Simon Teal color in the video; but now that these new colors are revealed, I will be using them A LOT in upcoming projects!
For this slimline card, I used the Etched Crocus Stems die from Simon, and I colored the florals with Copic markers. I adhered them onto a background that was die cut with the Detail Bohemian Slim Plate, which I then added a bit of ink blending over top of.
A sentiment from Simon’s XL Greetings 3 stamp and die set tucked perfectly between the flowers. I embellished the card with sequins from the Party Time mix (also from Simon).
