2 Cards with Simon’s Limited Edition Holy Night Card Kit!
It’s never too early to start our holiday card making! I’m using contents from the JUST RELEASED Holy Night Limited Edition Card Kit from Simon Says Stamp! This special kit is available for pre-order and will start shipping in mid-October. Inside the kit are many items that you can use to make spectacular Christmas cards–and I have two ideas to share!
The first card showcases the Holy Night stamp set, as well as the Holy City Skyline layering stencil set. I ink blended a few Simon inks through the silhouetted buildings layer; then added gold Paper Glaze through the window and star layers for a night time effect. My sentiment also comes from the Holy Night stamp set and I embossed that with Antique Gold embossing powder!
My second card started off by embossing some of the First Noel patterned paper that is in the kit with the new and oh-so-gorgeous Refracted embossing folder. On top of the embossing I splattered Brushed Pewter Distress Spray Stain, as well as adhered gold sequins and Mini Star Party embellishments for a starry effect. The little Bethlehem grouping at the bottom was from the First Noel patterned paper, and I embossed a sentiment from the Holy Night stamp set.
