Simple Layered Stenciling + Coordinating Dies for Gorgeous Flowers

It is always so much fun to use stencils to build a gorgeous background—but it makes for double the fun when you have dies to cut those stenciled pieces out! I’m using the new Friendly Blossoms stencils and coordinating dies that I designed for the Simon Says Stamp In My Heart release, which allow you to cut out the florals and create amazing layered effects!

I framed the project with the new A2 Crimped Rectangles die set—it adds a soft texture around the flowers. I added a sentiment with the new CZ Design Thank You die set, which is cut with colored and metallic cardstock. There are splatters and sequins added onto the card to embellish the layout.

I also made an alternate version of this card, without the coordinating dies. This way you can see how the Friendly Blossoms stencils can look when used on their own!

For this card I used the new Stay True stamp and die set to create the greeting. I also surrounded the design with a silver die cut frame that draws your eye into the middle of the card.
