Multi-Color Stamping + Incorporating Patterned Paper
I love patterned paper and wanted to try to incorporate it into these two card projects using new Be Bold release products from Simon Says Stamp. The uses of the patterned paper are creative and may give you a new way to look at those pretty designs you have in your stash! I also am creating cards that feature some multi-colored stamping techniques.
This floral card features the new Pretty Petals stamp and die set as the main focal images; I ink blended on top of my patterned paper using the new Lattice Tile stencil, and the greeting is from the You Rock stamp and die set. The sparkly embellishments around the flowers are new Pawsitively Dazzling Gems from Simon.
Tim Holtz’s classic Watercolor stamp set is a beauty—and now there are coordinating dies from Simon Says Stamp that you can use to cut the images out! I used both of these products along with the new Lush Leaves die set to make the arching cluster along the side of my card. The sentiment is from the Simple Hello die set and I also added Taffy Dazzling Gems as an embellishment.
