No Line Coloring with Pencils + Simon’s September Card Kit

I’ve always enjoyed working with colored pencils! I hadn’t broken them out for a bit, so I decided to color the new Sunflower Garden stamp set that is included in Simon Says Stamp’s new September 2021 Card Kit. This kit is probably the best kit EVER by Simon! I’m serious; there are 2 stamp sets, a die set, a new Simon brand Craft Glue Stick, a set of Tim Holtz design tape and stickers, patterned paper, cardstock, and more… it’s JAM PACKED!

For the coloring of my project I used Prismacolor Colored Pencils. If you don’t have these, you could use any brand-even your kids’ pencils! On the side of my card I adhered a strip of the Rose Design Tape from Tim Holtz. Balancing that out, a Sentiments Label Sticker from Tim Holtz made for a great birthday greeting. I embellished the card with some of the Liquid Pearls that are also included in the kit.
