Flower Box Tim Holtz Vignette + Simon’s April 2021 Card Kit

I have been enjoying making more mixed media projects of late, so I was really excited when I received the April 2021 Card Kit from Simon! Inside this kit are so many cool Tim Holtz products, which coordinated beautifully with the papers and Friendly Flowers stamp set, so I decided to break out a Vignette to make this fun “flower box”!

The outside of my Tim Holtz vignette is painted with Paper Artsy French Roast chalk paint; inside I adhered Simple Stories Cottage Fields paper. This paper inspired the colors of my watercolored Friendly Flowers, which are glued to the inside of the vignette.

On the side of the vignette box are Mini Flair from Tim Holtz (you get a whole pack of these in the kit). I love the designs on these buttons and thought it would be a great accent to the vignette. I also paired them with the Quote Band and Velvet Trim that are in the kit.
