Watercolor Pillow Box Treats + Simon’s Love You, Too Release

In the new release from Simon Says Stamp are some gorgeous stamps and dies that I’m pairing together to make some elegant treat boxes. Using the new Pillow Box die, I cut it from Simon’s Kraft Woodgrain cardstock. This texture looks amazing on the box!
I also used the new Sweet Friend set to stamp some florals and leaves, which I watercolored. The flowers are adhered to the Pillow Box die that is wrapped in a pattern paper band that I made from Echo Park’s Cupid & Co. paper.
Finally, I used Simon’s Love Greetings Mix (stamped onto a mini tag die cut), and added Cupcake Frosting sequins around the flowers for a bit of sparkle.
I plan on using these treat boxes to fill with sweet candies and treats for Valentine’s Day. It’s perfect for a nice bundle of candy or even a small gift; I love the small size!

That wood grain paper is really neat. The picture on SSS does not do it justice. Thank you for showcasing it.
