Watercoloring a Stack of Presents – this is SO much fun!

One of the awesome new background stamps from Simon’s Make Merry release is the Gift Boxes cling. I love the giant pile of presents in the set and thought they would look so cool watercolored – I even added Finetec Gold Watercolors to the ribbons and packages for that classic Christmas shine!

There is another beautiful stamp set in the Make Merry release, which is the Holiday Sparkle Greetings set. The set also has coordinating dies, which I used here too. The giant script paired perfectly with the colorful presents.

I kept things simple and added just some Moonshine sequins and an ivory card base under the colorful background panel. The shimmer and shine really makes this card sparkle!

I love this card it’s so cheerful. Would you please provide the name of the scallop frame die you used cut the card panel. I have to make some baby cards and I would love to use this die. I have many card making friends that have been cardmakers for many years. I trade with them and one might have the die and want to trade with me. Thanks for all you share with us.
