Slimline Christmas Scene with Lawn Fawn STAMPtember® Exclusive!
One of my favorite STAMPtember® exclusives every year is the Lawn Fawn collaboration set! This year does not disappoint, as the darling Season’s Tweetings set from Simon Says Stamp is literally perfect!
I wanted to create a sweet, slimline scene with this set, so I stamped a bunch of the birds, accessories and the string lights onto white cardstock and colored them in with a few Copics. You’ll notice I used grays for the birds, as I was loosely coloring them in a chickadee style!
I used the coordinating dies to cut out the images, which are layered onto an ink blended background. Also on the background is a layer of Texture Paste with the new Falling Snow Slimline stencil. Simon’s new Slimline Scallop Frame dies were perfect for cutting out a frame and layering behind my panel so that it looks simply like an additional panel.
