Simon’s STAMPtember® Limited Edition Kit!
Hello, everyone! I am so excited to be bringing you 3 colorful cards that I have created with the new STAMPtember® Limited Edition Kit from Simon Says Stamp!
This kit is chock-full with fun goodies to play with – can you believe that the value of this kit is almost $100?? You can grab it – for a limited time only, while supplies last – for just $49. I’m loving the large Sweet Birthday stamp set, the Celebrate stencil, Color the World pin, the Rainbow Shattered DecoFoil, Rainbow confetti sequins, the Bubblegum Glitz Glitter Gel, and Let’s Celebrate die – but there is SO much more in the kit besides these fabulous supplies!
So the first card I made features the Celebrate stencil and the Rainbow Shattered DecoFoil. With the DecoFoil Transfer Gel, I applied a layer of the paste through the stencil onto white cardstock and let it dry for a couple hours. Once dry, I ran the cardstock through my laminator with the foil; isn’t the shiny finish gorgeous?!?
I added a greeting from the Sweet Birthday stamp set and an assortment of sequins from the Rainbow Confetti mix; finally, everything is mounted onto a square card base, covered with one of the Over the Rainbow patterned papers (also included in the kit).
The second card I created features the Sweet Birthday stamp set, which I used to stamp this colorful rainbow; I used Altenew inks in Rouge, Honey Drizzle, Volcano Lake, and Desert Night. Under the rainbow, I stamped a greeting from that same set.
To accent the rainbow, I die cut clouds with ThermoWeb White Flock sheets (not included in the kit), and embellished them with the Rainbow Confetti sequins. Finally, I attached everything onto a Desert Storm card base.
I was having so much fun with this kit that I created one more card – something simple and one layer and I totally love how it turned out! There is this fun, layered “happy birthday” greeting in the Sweet Birthday stamp set and I used just the “birthday” portion to stamp a rainbow of words down the center of my A2 cream card; the colors I used were Rouge, Honey Drizzle, Olive, Volcano Lake and Desert Night from Altenew. I filled in the words with a Tonic Studios Aqua Shimmer pen for a bit of sparkle.
Around the “birthday” greetings, I stamped some circles with the Everything Together stamp set and Sand Dunes ink from Altenew. I filled in some more circles by drawing them with a Signo white pen.
I love the simplicity of this card – and I’m excited that I created another one layer card! I’ve been trying to do more of these and am enjoying the challenge!
I hope that you enjoyed today’s projects, featuring the Limited Edition STAMPtember® Kit from Simon Says Stamp; if you love this kit, grab it while supplies last! Thanks for visiting me; I will be back very soon with more to share!
