I love how playful and fun these birds are! I used Copic markers to color the birds; R17, R29, Y18, Y38, YG01, YG23, B04, T6, T8 for the red parrot, YG01, YG06, YG23, Y18, Y38 for the green macaw. The stand that the green macaw is sitting on was colored with YR27 and E57.

And the giant “happy b-day” greeing? This is from the new, Big Bold Words stamp set. Check out how well it fills the card! I stamped it ink Lucky ink from Simon Says Stamp. The Unbeleafable stenciling was done with Twisted Citron Oxide ink.

I wanted to add some fun embellishment to these cards, and my friend, Jenn Shurkus got me hooked on the fun of “working” the Lawn Fawn glitter! I’m using the Prisma glitter for the wings of the birds; isn’t the shine amazing???
