I wanted to share a look at a couple projects I made with the new release! This one is a fun crocodile from the Picture Book Croc die set. Isn’t he cute cut from different colors of cardstock? I added some fun greetings with the awesome greetings from the Emphatic stamp set. Those sentiments are super playful and make you laugh! I also finished off the card with some clouds from the new Picture Book Sky Background die. I have a video up above that you can watch, showing how I made the full card!

This card means a lot to me, because I created it for my friend Heidi, the owner of Simon. This pup image was part of the new It’s A Dog’s Life watercoloring cards that are part of the Best Days release. I watercolored the image to look like her dog Simon (the namesake of Simon Says Stamp). To put the card together, I used a sentiment from the new You Da Best die set; I loved how this greeting matched with the stye of the dog. I kept the card more modern in style and used the Bubble Tracker stamp set to create a background behind “Simon”; inside some random hexagons I colored them with orange and yellow and gray Copics. The random effect added some great interest behind Simon. I can’t wait for Heidi to get the card! :)

There is also some pretty watercoloring sheets that are part of this new release, which are so much fun to color. Each sheet comes with four colors of Daniel Smith paints; so you get to have some fun coloring and try out lovely paints too! I’m in the process of painting the Star Medallion sheet as you can see in the picture above.
