Hi everyone! Simon Says Stamp’s newest product collection, Encouraging Words is here; woohoo! Today I have a video to share with you featuring these products, along with some inspiration for using up some of those scraps I am sure we all have lying around in our craft rooms…

If you are like me, you keep all the scraps leftover from making a card and set them aside with best intentions of using them on another card… but somehow or another, that pile seems to only grow, not shrink! Well I thought it would be fun to challenge myself and see what I could create using ONLY scraps (minus the card base of course).

I used the Kindness Matters die and cut this into scraps of Doll Pink, Banana Yellow, Green Apple and Orange Peel cardstocks (all from Sim0n). This card uses the in lay die cutting technique, so it does take a bit of time to put the pieces back into place. But the effect is totally worth it!
