Hello crafty friends! I am popping in to let you know that the new Love You Forever card kit from Simon Says Stamp is now available!

The limited edition kit is full of super cute things that are perfect for using to create Valentine’s Day cards! However, one of the things that I love about this kit is that it can be used for year-round cards too. This makes the kit really versatile and last beyond the upcoming holiday. Plus, both the colors and the style of this kit coordinate really well with the latest monthly kit from Simon.

Now take note that this kit is limited edition, which means once it is sold out, it won’t be coming back. Simon kits are very popular, so they do sell out very quickly. If you do miss out on the kit itself, all the items included are sold separately.

Another thing about the kit that I am excited about, is that I was able to design the two stamp sets that are included!

The first stamp set is Loving Heart. I love sentiments that go outside the usual simple statement (like “I love you”). Longer sentiments make the card more expressive and “speak” the words you want to share with the person you are giving the card to. I came up with a variety of love-themed sentiments that could be used on cards for pretty much anyone! And these are perfect for not just on the outside of the card… you could put a simple greeting on the front and on the inside, stamp one of these more expressive sentiments.

The second stamp set is Candy Hearts. I don’t know about you, but growing up I loved the little conversation heart boxes that are so popular at this time of year. Those short greetings on the hearts were always so much fun! I remember when my siblings and I would take our little boxes of candy hearts and take the candies out one at a time. We would compare what our hearts said before eating each one… those are great memories and was a big influence in creating this set.

There are lots of other great products included in this special edition kit, including paper, stickers and clips from Doodlebug, washi strips from Pinkfresh and sequins from Darice.

Also, there are many Simon exclusive products in the kit, which include a Heart die, glimmer cardstocks, envelopes, pre-cut card bases and even a clear block!
