Luminary Bag + Simon Says Stamp Ghostly Greetings Card Kit + Hop

Hi friends!!! Today I am SUPER excited to be sharing some inspiration with you featuring the newest Card Kit from Simon Says Stamp called “Ghostly Greetings“!

This Special Edition kit is not part of Simon’s Monthly Card Kit, but rather an extra “bonus” to the line up that must be purchased separately from the normal Card Kit subscription program. Remember that this kit is available for a limited time only while supplies last!

I have created two different projects using the items included in the kit… My first project is this super fun card using the Ghostly Greetings stamp set, the Halloween sequins and the funny Eerie Eyes Sprinkles.

I colored the kiddos with Copic markers and fussy cut them out with my fine tip scissors. I then layered them up onto a white card panel along with some of the candy corn, spider and pumpkin images (also from the stamp set and colored with Copics), as well as the sequins from the mix included in the kit.

I stamped a sentiment above them and layered the panel onto both Orange Peel and Slate Gray cardstocks from Simon Says Stamp. For embellishing, I used the fun eyes on the pumpkin, and added glitter and Glossy Accents to the kids.

For those of you interested in the Copic coloring, I have a video at the bottom of this post showing how I colored these images (separate from the video for the luminary project). For reference, I used the following colors on these images in the card (and the same colors are used for the images on the luminary):

• Skin on all kids: E000, E00, E02
• Fairy: RV00, RV52, RV02, RV04, YG41, G00, BG0000, Y23, Y17, Y38, E35, E57, E47, C4
• Ghost: C00, C2, C3, Rv00, C4, E35, E57, E47
• Frankenstein: BV02, BV13, BV04, YG21, YG25, YG03, BV25, C4, C6, C8, RV00
• Pumpkin: Y23, Y17, Y38, YR15
• Candy Corn: Y23, Y17, Y38, YR16, C2

My second project is a fun, luminary paper bag decoration that actually lights up! There are paper bags and tea lights included in the kit, perfect for creating fun treat bags, luminaries and more!
