Neat & Tangled November Release & Christmas Tree Shaker Card

Hello! I hope you have been enjoying this week’s reveal of the Neat & Tangled November release! Today the brand new stamps and dies are available for purchase, so make sure you stop over to the Neat & Tangled shop to pick up your favorites from this month’s release!

So for today’s card, I am using the Merry Little Christmas stamp and die set and have created a shaker card!

 

 

I stamped the Christmas tree using Versafine black ink and clear embossed it so that I could do some watercoloring. I used Tim Holtz distress inks and Finetec Gold Mica watercolor paints to color in my tree. I also added Glossy Accents over top of some of the decorations on the tree.

The shaker is made from a Stitched Circle die by Simon Says Stamp, which I die cut into a Stitched Rectangle die cut. I filled the shaker with sequins from both Neat & Tangled and Lucy’s Little Things.

 

 

I love a good heat embossed sentiment, and for this card I did some gold heat embossing of a sentiment that is included in the Merry Little Christmas stamp set.
