Newton’s Nook Reveal Day #2 – Festive Flamingos

Hello and Happy Tuesday! Today is day two of the Newton’s Nook October reveal week, and we are getting you in the spirit of thinking of a white green Christmas!  :)

 

 

This new mini set called Festive Flamingos is a perfect addition for those that enjoy a warm, tropical Christmas! For my card I have created a fun little background using most of the images included in the set…

 

 

I stamped my images with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored them all with Copic markers. Colors used: RV02, RV13, RV06, R11, E95 for the flamingos; YG01, YG23, YG09, YG41, Y17, YR15, YR07, R05, R89, R46, BG01, B02, BG05, BG34, BG49 for the other images around the card.

 

 

The sentiment is white heat embossed onto black cardstock and die cut using a stitched border die from Pretty Pink Posh.  To finish things off, I added Pretty Pink Posh Sparkling Clear sequins around the card and covered many of the elements with Wink of Stella glitter and Glossy Accents.
