Wishing Stars

Hello Everyone!

I am so happy you have stopped by today, as I am back sharing a card featuring the Avery Elle Storybook stamp set!  While creating this card, I knew I wanted to incorporate a night sky into this design, and so I used my favorite medium to do this… Copics! :)

I started off by stamping all my images onto some cardstock; using my Copics, I started off by coloring in the balloons, bunny, stars and grass. After all these images were colored and my paper was dry, I brought in some more Copics to create the sky.

Once all my coloring was complete, I ran the scene through my Big Shot machine, using the Simon Says Stamp Stitched Rectangle dies. I also die cut a white panel using a slightly larger stitched rectangle, which I then layered behind my scene. Finally, I stamped and white heat embossed my sentiment and added Glossy Accents and Wink of Stella glitter to the stars and balloons.
