Glitter Die Cut Shaker + Simon’s Limited Edition Holiday Card Kit
Hello friends! I am back again today, sharing a video tutorial that features the new Simon Says Stamp Limited Edition Holiday Card Kit!
I am really excited about the products included in the kit; I also am excited to share that I designed the Swell Christmas stamp set and the Retro Deer die, which are also included! The stamp set and the kit have a retro theme, and the illustrations for the set were fun to come up with! This card kit is available in limited quantities, so make sure you pick yours up before they sell out (which they usually do… FAST!). You can find the kit, and all of the individual components from the kit on the Simon Says Stamp shop and down in the supplies list of this post.
So how about some inspiration!?
For this glitter shaker card, I chose to work with the Retro Deer die, the My Mind’s Eye glitter stickers, one of the pattern papers from the Authentique Retro Christmas collection, loose glitter, the red Stickles glitter glue, the Metallic Cream envelope and the white tags (all are included in the kit). In my video, I will share how I built the shaker by die cutting the image of the Retro Deer into the tag and filling the shaker well with glitter.
I also incorporated a few other Simon stamps and dies into this design; such as the snowflakes which are from the Aubrey and Snow Flurries die sets, and the Happy Christmas sentiment set for the banner across my card.
