Neat & Tangled Reveal Day #1
Hi friends! Welcome to day one of the Neat & Tangled July release week! I’m so excited to share all the fantastic new products being revealed over the next few days, including the new Succulents stamp and die set I am featuring in this video.
One of the things I love about this new Succulents stamp set is the large size of the floral images; these kinds of stamped images are perfect for practicing coloring techniques, as there is a lot more “room for error” than on a smaller sized image.
I used my Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers to do the watercoloring on these succulents; the intense, bright colors of these markers are so stunning! I absolutely love using these! Because I wanted to add shimmer to the florals, I decided to pair the Zigs up with my Starry Colors Gansai Tambi palette. The result is hard to capture in real photos, but you’ll be able to see the shimmer a bit better in the video.
I also used one of the new stencils from Neat & Tangled for the background on this card! There are other stencils that are part of this release, which I will be sharing in another post later this week.

This is a really beautiful card. I love how large the succulents are too. I want to learn to water color this year (and get better with my Copics) but all of the stamps I have, I find the images are too small to practice on. This looks like a great one for that. TFS!
