Distress Ink Watercolor Florals + Hop

Hi Everyone, thanks so much for stopping by!  I have the pleasure of taking part in the Reverse Confetti March release blog hop, and I’m going to be sharing some distress ink watercoloring techniques with you in my video tutorial for today.

This month’s release from Reverse Confetti is a really fabulous one, with lots of new stamps and dies that I am really enjoying working with! I’ve used the Rose Garden stamps and A Friend Like You stamp sets in today’s card to create some beautiful watercolored rose clusters.

I used distress inks for my watercoloring today; distress inks are a fun medium to use for watercolor techniques because of their unique properties and their reaction to water. If you do not have watercolor paints, distress inks are a great substitute and come in a wide range of colors… plus you can always mix colors together to create custom blends!
