Birthday Blossoms

Hello! I am so happy you’ve stopped by today, as I am sharing a pretty birthday card today, which features stamps from the Mama Elephant Freestyle Florals stamp set!

I started off by die cutting the frame from some white cardstock using the Spellbinders Tranquil Moments die set; I die cut this frame four times total.

On one of the frames, I did my stamping and coloring… I stamped all the Mama Elephant Freestyle Florals in Memento ink, and the happy birthday sentiment, which is from the Altenew Birthday Greetings stamp set, is stamped in Versamark ink and heat embossed in silver embossing powder. All of my coloring I did with Copic markers.

Once the stamping and coloring was finished, I layered all the frames together and adhered a piece of vellum behind the back-most frame.

My A2 card base is covered in some patterned paper from Craft Smith, and I applied Wink of Stella glitter to the green stripes on the paper. I also tied a pink ribbon around the card before attaching my frame stack to the card with foam tape. For a final touch, I applied some more Wink of Stella glitter to the flowers and leaves.

So this completes the card! I love the way it ended up turning out, and I hope you enjoyed too… Thanks so much for stopping by! :)
